The best movie that I saw this year was 7 pounds. The lead actor in this film is will smith. This movie is rated pg.13. This movie is about a guy who gets in a car crash that kills his wife and seven other people, so he can not live with the guilt so he test people whao have problems to see if they are good people, the lady who needs a heat fell inlove with him and he fell in love with her to, do he kills him self gave her his heart and a blind man his eyes.

The best scene in this movie is when will gives this lady who been abused by her husband and have two kids his house.

I recommend this movie because this move is sad and very catchy

Most of my classmates would enjoy this movie because its the best movie ever. Ms. Priester would enjoy this movie because its the best movie ever.

Ambiguity and irony

At first, I thought irony was something about an iron, but I learned that this was wrong. Actually, irony is the difference between what the readers expect or what seems suitable and the reality of what happens. There are three types of irony: Dramatic irony, Situational irony, and Verbal irony
I also learned about ambiguity. I used to think ambiguity was a situation that happens to a character, but I learned that ambiguity is a part of a text with multiple meaning in which something can be interpreted in a number of different ways.
On my irony and ambiguity pretest, I was below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be above grade-level.

At first, I thought theme was a characters point of view, but I learned that this was wrong.Actually, theme is a message the author conveys in a story about a topic.
Some themes are universal, which means that, there can be more than just one.

Since I now understand theme, I can find the theme of my favorite movie. My favorite movie is “what’s love got to do with it” The theme of this movie is even though love is strong you sill have to put your foot down.

On my theme pretest, I was below grade-level. On my post test, I hope that I will be above grade-level.

My Goal for this school quarter

This quarter, I will try to get a 3.0 or a 4.0, and let no drama distract me from learning.
In order to achieve this, I will do all of my homework and mind my own business.

In order to achieve this, I will talk to Ms. Priester if I have an issue instead of throwing a fit and not talking to her.
